People, that Facebook Legal Notice that you are posting is a hoax. It has been a hoax since it first started years and years ago. The fact is that you sign a contract with Facebook when you signed up to use its service. It’s the same with Google, Apple, Pinterest and many other sites.

Also, what’s with reposting something that you obviously have not looked into? A simple search would tell you the truth.

The contact you signed lets Facebook do what they want with your data subject to applicable laws. As for your copyrights, they belong to you not Facebook, but you gave Facebook licence to use them by signing up for Facebook. Facebook keeps every picture, every post, every like, every single thing you do on Facebook and they can use it in most anyway they want if they choose too.

If you don’t like that, which I think is the reasoning behind blindly reposting a Legal Notice that you did not research, you should leave Facebook. Anything you ever liked, or posted on here, will remain with Facebook for them to use if they choose too. Your claims have no legal standing whatsoever.
